De X-Rite 500 serie kleurmeters zijn verkrijgbaar in diverse uitvoeringen (zie tabel hieronder).

De X-Rite 530 Spectrodensitometer is de meest universele meter van X-Rite en meet zowel spectraal als in densiteiten.  Speciaal voor drukkers en andere grafische bedrijven die zowel proceskleuren als spotkleuren drukken.

De X-Rite 530 kan tot 24 individuele referentiekleuren volledig spectraal opslaan. Vervolgens meet u in productie iedere kleur en de meter zoekt automatisch de dichts bijliggende referentiekleur op. Snel en handig. Hiermee identificeert en controleert u snel de kleuren in productie.

De X-Rite 530 heeft naast de normale proceskleuren diverse andere kleuren functies zoals L*a*b,* Yxy, en L*C*h° , Hi-Fi, PANTONE® en andere speciale kleuren.
